Lighthouse Security Alarm is not a substitute for calling 999. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.
The service depends on things outside our control: mobile signal and data, your phone's battery, the permissions you grant (location, notifications), operating system behaviour, and email delivery. Alarms may be delayed or fail to arrive.
Tapping the Alarm icon on your home screen sends an alarm immediately. Cancelling afterwards tells your team it may have been a false alarm; it does not un-send the alarm.
You must only use the service for genuine safety purposes and keep your account details accurate. [Further terms, liability and governing law (England & Wales) — TO BE COMPLETED.]
